What: 1st Annual Swing Fore Health Golf Tournament Benefiting: E.C. Tyree Health & Dental Clinic

Where: Braeburn Golf Course: Located on the campus of Wichita State University

Come join us at this years first annual "Swing Fore Health Golf Tournament". This event is going to be one of the BEST tournaments in Wichita. Our goal is to have 30 teams competing and having loads of fun at this great event. Space is limited, all entries are considered on a "first-come, first-serve basis".

This is a must attend. Mark your calendar now for Friday, July 27th. We will tee off at 8:00 a.m. Check in will begin at 7:00 a.m.

Sign up as a foursome or a single, for those of you who don't have a full team. We have a spot for you as well.

Tournament Format: Shotgun Start - Team Best Ball Scramble

$400.00 (Per team) Entry Fee Includes: Green fees, Cart, Goodie Bag, Prizes and BBQ Lunch

Prizes: $50,000 Cash Shoot Out, Closet to the pin, Longest Putt, Longest Drive, Best Team Score, Worst Team Score.

Dress Code: Proper golf attire and non-metal spike golf shoes required.
