Fees The clinic offers the following payment options for services: cash, money order, debit card, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Patients are asked to pay for our services at the time they are rendered. If you do not have any type of insurance coverage you may be eligible to receive a discount on services. The sliding fee scale is based off of your family size and the 2009 federal income poverty guidelines. Please complete the sliding fee scale application to apply for a discount.
