WELCOME
The E.C. Tyree Health & Dental Clinic's purpose is to provide primary health care and social well-being to the community. Our goal is to improve access to health care and other related community health organizations, and the quality of that care. Our efforts will focus on prevention, and on the elimination of such factors as poverty, joblessness, lack of adequate education, social disorganization, hopelessness, and the often resulting substance abuse. These goals are aimed at encouraging wholeness and empowering people to care for themselves, families, and others. We are dedicated and committed to equality and justice for all persons.

Congratulations to the staff and volunteers!
The Clinic received this year's Janet Sevier Gilbreath Special Project Award. This award is given by the United Methodist Health Ministry Fund each year. The Clinic was selected out of 150 active grantees because of the achievement of successfully establishing a dental clinic to serve those in need, the level of volunteer and financial support involved, and the demonstration of good management and financial practices to assure quality service delivery and sustainability.
Thursday, May 7th the Clinic received the R.A. Jiggs Nelson Quality of Life Award. It was presented by the Wichita Medical Research and Education Foundation. This award was named after the beloved Dr. Jiggs for his untiring dedication to helping those who needed it most. The Clinic would like to personally thank all our volunteers for their continued support and commitment to making our community a healthier one.

Make a Difference!
Volunteers are a critical part of the Tyree Clinic's ability to provide care. Last year our medical and non-medical volunteers donated over 2,000 hours of service. There are many ways you can contribute to the E.C. Tyree Health & Dental Clinic to help provide healthcare to the uninsured in our community. Let us show you how!
